Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SalesCloud website (salescloud.info) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

SalesCloud provides the following services:

  • Perfex CRM Installation: Professional setup and configuration of Perfex CRM
  • Custom Module Development: Bespoke module development for Perfex CRM
  • Premium Modules: Pre-built modules including Perfex Glass and PowerTools Suite
  • Technical Support: Ongoing support for installed modules and configurations
  • Consulting: Technical consulting for Perfex CRM implementations

Module Licensing

Our premium modules (Perfex Glass, PowerTools Suite, etc.) are licensed under the following terms:

  • Regular License: Use on a single Perfex CRM installation
  • Extended License: Use on multiple installations (as specified in purchase)
  • No Resale: Modules may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed
  • No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile or modify the source code
  • Updates: Lifetime updates are included with all module purchases

Important: Unauthorized distribution or modification of our modules may result in license termination and legal action.

Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is required before service delivery begins
  • We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards
  • Invoices are issued for all transactions
  • VAT will be applied according to Spanish/EU regulations

Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by service type:

  • Installation Services: Refund available if work has not commenced
  • Custom Development: Milestone-based payments; refunds prorated based on completed work
  • Premium Modules: 14-day money-back guarantee if the module does not function as advertised
  • Support Services: Non-refundable once support has been provided

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
  • Maintain backups of your Perfex CRM installation before any modifications
  • Provide necessary access credentials securely and revoke after project completion
  • Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Keep your Perfex CRM installation updated for security

Support and Maintenance

Our support services include:

  • Response Time: We aim to respond within 24-48 business hours
  • Scope: Support covers installation issues, bugs, and configuration questions
  • Exclusions: Third-party conflicts, server issues, and custom modifications are not covered
  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CET)

Intellectual Property

  • All modules, code, and materials created by SalesCloud remain our intellectual property
  • You receive a license to use the software, not ownership
  • Custom development work transfers ownership to the client upon full payment
  • We may use non-confidential aspects of projects in our portfolio

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SalesCloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not responsible for data loss; clients must maintain their own backups
  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party software, hosting, or modifications

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential:

  • Access credentials are used only for project work and deleted after completion
  • Business information shared during projects is kept strictly confidential
  • We will not disclose client relationships without permission
  • NDAs are available upon request for sensitive projects

Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
  • Immediately if either party breaches these terms
  • Upon termination, access to services and support will cease
  • Purchased modules remain licensed after termination (updates may not be available)

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alicante, Spain, unless EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
